President Donald Trump's administration has announced the launch of a new federal center with the mission to strengthen immigration vetting processes and increase the capacity of American institutions to identify and stop threats to public safety.

According to the official announcement, the new center will focus on detecting potential terrorists, people with criminal records, and other individuals who pose a threat to the United States.

The initiative, called Vetting, aims to improve cooperation between security and immigration agencies, as well as bring a more integrated approach to the control and verification of applicants for entry into the country.

The announcement of the launch of this process by the White House was made on the official social network titled Vetting.
