Erald Elezi and Gentjan Gjyli appear before the Criminal Court, requesting replacement of the security measure

The former head of ARRSH, Gentian Gjyli, and the former head of KESH, Erald Elezi, have requested a replacement of the security measure.

Both are under house arrest accused of violations with the Llogara Tunnel tender and are requesting lighter security measures with the argument that the two defendants' 6-month investigation period ends the day after tomorrow, while the prosecution is requesting an extension of the investigation period by another 3 months.
