An incident occurred on Tuesday evening in Fier where police and BKH officers clashed with employees of the builder Shkëlqim Kapllanaj, a relative of Agron Kapllanaj, former mayor of Ballsh and former exponent of the Democratic Party.

The latter, in a reaction to Top Channel, gave his version of the event, claiming that an unregistered vehicle drove into the parking lot of the offices of the political entity he represents at around 6:00 PM and raised a drone.

This action, according to him, aroused the suspicions of the officials who were inside the building.

The agents left after this argument, Kapllanaj says, but were spotted by some of his relatives and a fight broke out between them.

Kapllanaj claims that they had no information and were not told that they were BKH agents, and according to him, the latter also produced a weapon as a threat.

Kapllanaj: At 6:30 PM yesterday, a civilian ML car arrived at this location where we are now, with four civilians and a lady, who had set up a drone filming inside the company. He left and returned after 15-20 minutes, when he came back and did the same thing, the guard called the director, maybe they were filming here, or somewhere else, at this moment the director came out and said I'm going to ask them what they were for, he came out and asked them why they were here, they are in a private environment, no, the lady said we are interested in buying a property and we are filming the property, he told her that this property is not for sale, if you want to film go to another place and park somewhere else, he took a photo of the license plate which I asked the director to show so that we know who we are dealing with, because a person who comes to film during the day makes a plan for the night. He tells him to delete the photo, he says no, the person at the wheel says delete it because he can't imagine what could happen to you, the director says nothing will happen to me, if you don't delete the photo, you'll get into trouble, the director says I reported the photo to the owner, at that time he swears at the director and the owner, the director gets irritated and calls me on the phone, before I can get down the stairs properly, they leave. He told me we have to file a report.

I asked the police officer if there was a police officer here, please I need to speak to one of the police officers. One of the police officers who took the license plate said it was not registered to anyone, this became more worrying. The chief of the police station told me that they were police officers, if they were police officers they did not behave like police officers because they could not insult me, I said can you bring them here, let them apologize to me and let's close this matter. Then he came forward and he said yes, shoot me, then the police came and the police went to shoot the person who was with the gun in his hand, because he was unidentified even for the police. At this moment, the person with the gun in his hand said I am an employee of the BKH, at that moment my people immediately withdrew, they escorted them to the police station, they took the nephew and the employee for security, let justice speak, let justice punish whoever broke the law, I am one of those people who continue to be steadfast in supporting justice, SPAK, the BKH, I do not change my mind even after this incident. The other people did not threaten except the driver, one person cannot dirty an institution.

Following the incident that occurred last night in Fier with agents of the National Bureau of Investigation and Operations, the police arrested three people.
