The mother of Erjon Pelivan, who was murdered by his brother-in-law Fatmir Tarellari, has stated that the perpetrator's daughters' claims that the victim had raped her since the age of 9 are lies.
On the show "With an Open Heart" by moderator Evis Ahmeti, she stated that no connection to the author's daughter was found on her late son's phone.
"She said she had a relationship with our son, but on the phone, our son couldn't find any connection with his daughter."
All lies, nothing came of it, who she hooked up with and what she did, she just threw it at our son.
All fake, the phones of my daughter and my son were dismantled. The phone is still at the police station, because I asked for it as a mother because I want to have it as a memory, it was dismantled and turned into thread after thread and nothing was found for the boy, no contact with that girl, she did what she did, she knows. She pretended to have them with our son", said the victim's mother.
She added that on the day she buried her son, Erjon Pelivani, she was not allowed to see him, adding that when she saw the photo on the day of the trial, she saw that his head had been cut into pieces.
"They told me we wouldn't open the coffin, when I saw him on the day of the trial in the photograph, his head had been chopped into pieces. We took the boy for help, but he killed us," she said through tears.
Erjon Pelivan's mother also shared the last phone call with her son: "Abazi and I were at home. The killer had taken his wife and said, "Lona, I'm at the cement factory, my car has broken down, tell Er to come help me," because they had been broken down for about 4 months for idle chatter, Lona took her brother and said, "Your car has been left in the rain." The son took his father and asked him if he should go meet him at the cement factory, since they weren't talking. Abazi told him, "Go away, Dad, but don't make a fuss about the house, go help him because if you don't help him, there's no one to help him." I also told him on the phone, "Go away, Mom, help him," because we wanted to fix things. He said, "Okay, Mom, I'll go away." The boy cried and was shot (Qan)."
