The Special Court of Appeal has upheld the first instance decision, leaving Altin Morina in prison, suspected of participating in drug cultivation within the framework of a criminal group.
Prosecutor Alfred Shehu reported to the court 26 pages of intercepted information that, according to SPAK, were obtained from the Sky application.
According to SPAK, Altin Morina collaborated with Durim Bami and another person referred to as "The Director", who has not yet been identified by investigators.
However, Morina's lawyer has disputed the allegations, claiming that he has no connection to the criminal activity mentioned in the file.
