The Local Police Directorate in Lezha has criminally prosecuted a 46-year-old citizen, after he published a video on social networks that violates the secrecy of voting.

According to the official announcement, citizen RZ, residing in Italy, is accused of the criminal offense of "Violation of the secrecy of voting", after he shared a video recorded during the moment he was filling out the ballot on his TikTok profile.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Lezha, while verifications continue to identify other similar cases.
