A serious incident occurred at a holiday complex in Shëngjin, where a child fell from the playground.

The police explain that, referring to statements from family members, the child fell in a playground, on the premises of a holiday complex, in Shëngjin.

The minor was urgently transported to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.

Police announcement:

On 30.07.2025, at around 22:00, a 2-year-old child was sent by his family to the Lezha hospital for treatment.

According to family members, the child fell in a playground at a holiday complex in Shëngjin. The 2-year-old was transported to the Trauma Hospital for medical attention and is out of danger.

Police and authorities are working to verify the circumstances of the incident.
