Details emerge from the investigative file of the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) that led to the destruction of the Albania-Italy drug trafficking gang, with 3 Albanian bosses, and which was based in Durrës. The full 120-page file has all the details and communications that were obtained through wiretapping, which are presented as evidence and sink members of the criminal group.

The file states that this criminal proceeding was investigated within a joint investigative team with Italian authorities and a series of investigative actions were carried out by the justice authorities of both countries.

This amount of narcotics was taken by Renato Luli and Gjergji Luli and was then distributed to their clients. These actions were carried out in Bergamo, in the period between March and November of 2016. Likewise, it has been proven that the citizens Alfred Luli and Gjergji Luli have transferred, sold and traded to Renato Zefi and Gjergji Zefi a quantity of cocaine-type narcotics, in it weighs 2 kilograms. This amount of narcotics was taken by Renato Luli and Gjergji Luli and was seized in Bergamo on January 25, 2017.

Then, the files reveal episodes of arrests where these people were caught selling drugs. At one point, Alfred Luli was caught and arrested in the act, and at the same time his apartment in Osio Sopra, in Bergamo, was searched, in which a quantity of narcotic substance of the cocaine type, about 6 kg divided into three bags, was found and seized. as well as a quantity of 83.7 kg of hashish and 42.5 kg of marijuana narcotics. Equipment for packing and heat-sealing vacuum bags as well as some bottles of acetone were also found in this apartment.

From the further investigative actions carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of Bergamo, evidence was gathered that Alfred Luli had been carrying out the activity of trafficking and trading narcotics for years in cooperation with his brother Gjergj Luli and the citizen Saimir Prenga. In the apartment of the citizen Alfred Luli, five notebooks and handwritten sheets were found and seized, with quantities and names and accounts of the activity of selling drugs. From the examination of this documentation, it was ascertained that it was a partial accounting related to the period July 2015-February 2017. Coded language was used in it, with symbols and words indicating the quantities and type of narcotics.

By analyzing the collected evidence, it has become possible to reconstruct a large turnover of money originating from the drug trade.

Meanwhile, several notebooks were also seized, where the customer was found marked with the name "Renato", identified as Renato Zefi. Notes on the delivery of narcotics for the period March 7, 2016 to March 29, 2016 were found in the notebook.

A coded language was used in the notebook, from which, however, it was possible to decipher some symbols and some words indicating the quantities and type of drugs. Moreover, the analysis of the aforementioned correspondence made it possible to identify some of the drug recipients. The following is the complete list of symbols or terms used in "accounting" referred to repeatedly:

The symbol "S" indicates the narcotic substance of the marijuana type originating in Spain;

The symbol "A" indicates the narcotic substance of the marijuana type from Albania;

the symbol "H" indicates the narcotic substance of the cocaine type; the word "smoke" or "chocolate" indicates the narcotic substance of the hashish type;

the word "piece" is used to indicate 1 gram; the word "package" is used to indicate 1 kilogram;

the word "lek" (Albanian currency) is used to indicate the currency in euros;

the word "mule" is used to denote the "courier" charged with transporting drugs or money.

From the analysis of the notebooks and the performed calculations, as well as from other investigative actions, it was possible to determine that for the period 07.03.2016 to 24.01.2017 (the day of the seizure of the amount of 2 kg) the citizens Renato Zefi and Gjergj Zefi were was submitted by citizens Alfred Luli and Gergji Luli in total amount of 12 kg of cocaine-type narcotic substance, which corresponds to a monetary value of over 200,000 Euros.

The conversation dated 12.01.2018 at 14:47 held on board the Hyundai vehicle:
