The appeal of the GJKKO has released businessman Ervis Lami from prison , part of the ARRSH file where, together with Evis Berber and 20 others, they are accused of violating equality in tenders, passive corruption, fraud with serious consequences and forgery of documents.
Lami was released from prison a few days after SPAK requested that the businessman be sentenced to 4 years of probation, after receiving the status of a justice collaborator.
Referring to the SPAK file, Ervis Lami appears as the fictitious owner of the company ' DAAM shpk ', behind which was hidden Evis Berberi, former director of the ARRSH, who was the de facto owner.
This company has been awarded a considerable number of high-value tenders by Berberi for the positions of General Director for Energy Efficiency and General Director of the Albanian Road Authority.
