The judicial review for Meta is over, the decision on whether or not to proceed

This Thursday, after several consecutive sessions, the preliminary hearing in the case of former President Ilir Meta and four other defendants in this process concluded.

After Ilir Meta, in this Thursday's session it was the turn of Monika Kryemadhi, who requested the dismissal of the case or, alternatively, the return of the documents for investigation. Ilir Meta had also made the same request a session earlier.

Meanwhile, Fatmir Kryemadhi, Ema Çoku and Piro Xhixho, through their lawyers, requested the dismissal of the case in their charge.

At the next hearing on March 5, Judge Irena Gjoka will announce the decision regarding SPAK's request to proceed with the case for trial or not.
