The testimony of Kostandin Vogli, 31, who was injured on the evening of May 7 by gunfire at Rexhep Ismaili's bar in Gjashtë, Saranda, is revealed.

Ismaili became a victim after being shot in the head by Lulzim Tabaku.

In front of the black squads, Vogli confessed that he went to the 66-year-old's bar, accompanied by 5 other people, to clarify the conflict he had with Viktor Ruçi, Ismail's friend, who were at the same table that night.

The 31-year-old confesses that he and Ruçi were in conflict over a beach bar in Ksamil. Vogli said that he had previously been arrested and that while he was in prison, Ruçi had kicked his brother out of the business, which escalated the conflict between the parties. The disputes were mainly related to the division of income from the activity.

"After I was imprisoned, Ruçi took my brother out of the business. Our conflicts started over the business's money," Vogli is reported to have stated.
