A citizen from Vlora has denounced on the investigative show Fiks Fare a serious case of institutional abuse and neglect, where his two biological children were registered in the civil registry with incorrect paternity.
According to the complainant, his ex-partner registered one child with her ex-husband's paternity, while leaving the other child fatherless, despite the fact that he was and remains the biological father of both. He emphasizes that for more than 5 years he has been raising the children himself, sending them to school and taking care of them in every aspect.
"The children are mine. In the birth certificates, they were initially registered in my name, but after 7 years she went and changed the data, registering them differently," says the complainant, who only asks for one thing, that the children be legally registered in his name.
On the other hand, Fiks Fare has contacted the former cohabitant, who refused the meeting, but in a telephone conversation admitted that the children are the complainants. She justified that at the time of registration she was separated from him and for this reason she registered the children as they are today in the civil registry. Asked why she has not filed any report for the abduction of the children, she said that she does not want to disturb them.
Meanwhile, Fiks Fare has also secured a court decision, where the complainant is not legally recognized as the father of the children. The main reason is related to the fact that the first child was born at a time when the mother was still married to another person, while paternity has not been established for the second child, leaving them without a father in the documents.
In this process, according to the documents, the court did not request any DNA analysis to determine the biological father, leaving the children in an absurd situation. One with a father who is not his and the other without a father. Another problem is related to the actions of the civil registry, which did not carry out the necessary legal verifications for both children.
The complainant requests the intervention of institutions and justice to put an end to this situation which, according to him, is directly harming the best interests of the children.
