This frequency, according to the journalist, was also heard by another person on the radio receiver, who then recorded it with a dictaphone.

In this communication between the commander of the Guard, only members of the unit armed with MP5 weapons were present.

"It was an order of the prosecutor of Tirana, which has the case of January 21 under investigation, so I don't understand why the other reports should be made, the case is in the Prosecutor's office. There is a file of January 21 which has not been closed, because we have 2 people killed without perpetrators. And these 2 who are without perpetrators, one was killed on the other side of the boulevard, Hekuran Deda got on top of the media platform. They are in the two most unjustifiable places to be hit in that protest. I have released on Friday a transcript taken from a recording of radio communication in the moments before, during and after the murder took place. How could this material have been obtained? This material is recorded, this is a voice recorder. One of the radios that were used went into that channel and recorded it with a dictaphone.
