Pursuant to the plan of measures for the control of vessels, 1 yacht vessel that was used in violation of the law, for tourism purposes, is blocked in Karaburun.

The owner of the vessel, which was not equipped with the Maritime Tourist Operator Certificate, is punished with an administrative measure of 100,000 ALL.

The Border Police Services of DVKM Vlorë, in cooperation with the services of the Delta Special Unit, during the patrolling of the coastline, in order to guarantee order and public safety in the tourist areas, as well as to control the use of watercraft, based on the information of taken in the place called "Zhapovel", ???? Karaburun, a citizen was exercising the activity, with his yacht, without the corresponding license, they immediately intervened by escorting and blocking this vehicle.

The Border Police Services have punished the driver of the boat, citizen A. T, with the administrative measure of 100,000 new lek, based on law no. 43/2020 "For maritime tourist operators", as it turned out that he was not equipped with the Maritime Tourist Operator Certificate, to exercise the activity with the yacht, on board of which 10 foreign tourists were found.
