Friday morning will find not one, but several SPAK prosecutors in front of the Council for Regulation and Immunity who will insist on obtaining authorization for the arrest of Belinda Balluku.

Sources from the assembly told Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu that SPAK, in addition to the prosecutor in the case, Dritan Prençi, is expected to be accompanied by the new head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, along with prosecutor Dorina Bejko.

This means that Klodian Braho will start his first day in office with a tough battle in this council where they will argue why the government's number two should be arrested.

Meanwhile, the Special Court of Appeals has decided today to uphold the decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo against Belinda Balluku and her two subordinates, Gentian Gjyli and Erald Elezi.

The decision of the First Instance Court, "banning Belinda Balluku from leaving the country", has been left in force, while the measure of "failure to exercise her duties" has been suspended, pending the final ruling of the Constitutional Court.
