Four people have been identified by police as the perpetrators of the murder of a 34-year-old Greek man who was shot dead on New Year's Eve after a bloody event in downtown Serres.

According to reports, the file filed in the case includes four men, three Greeks aged 30, 28 and 27, and an Albanian citizen aged 29.

The incident occurred shortly after 5:00 am at the serres padonale on corfu road. After a debate that the four perpetrators had with the victim, they fatally wounded him with a knife, causing two blows to the left side of the body, namely in the ribs and hips.

Although the victim was taken by ambulance to serre hospital, a few hours later he gave his last breath.

Upon arrival at the scene of the bloody event, police officers found and confiscated 6 shells of a gas pistol.

The victim wanted to enter a nightclub with two other friends. At the door was one of the perpetrators, who refused to allow the group, which initially resulted in a verbal fight. The victim's group left and after about an hour it is speculated that they either left a meeting or waited for the club to close, because they met again, this time in a street next to the main pedonale of the city.

Within just a few minutes, blood blew out and in the lead-up to the brawl, one of the men pulled out a military knife and shot the victim twice, one of them into the femoral artery. In fact, according to police safe sources, another person in the author's group has fired more than five shots into the air with a gas pistol.
