Jorgo Goro

The Supreme Court rejected the request of the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, for a milder security measure.

Goro is accused of abuse of office in two cases and currently 2 security measures have been assigned to him related to the abuse of Himare municipality in the recognition of properties on the coast.

He is currently under "prison arrest" for the charges of "falsification of documents" and "abuse of duty" as he is suspected of having committed actions and omissions contrary to the law during the process of handling a request submitted by the current commanding chairman of to the same local unit, Arqile Bollano, from which the latter has benefited over four dunymes of land illegally.
