Black humor seems to have been one of the ways how the doctors of the Oncology hospital in Tirana treated their cases and patients.

Journalist Osman Stafa has published another episode with communications between doctors at the Oncology Department, where the lack of medicine doses and other problems encountered with patients are highlighted.

For example, in one case they talk about a patient from Lushnja, who goes to Tirana to receive the cure, which gives her allergies.

The doctors suggest to each other that he should be followed to the Fier hospital. The reason? Because there is "the nearest cemetery". But it doesn't end there! They also talk about the lack of medicines and again, laughing at each other, they write that out of 10 patients, 9 will be taken to the cemetery and only one will receive the medicine. Colleagues' responses to this dark mood are "tearful" and full of laughter, which says a lot about how they treat patients.
