The Constitutional Court has annulled the Assembly's decision to change the number of committees.
The decision came after a complaint by Democrats about procedural violations by parliament.
According to them, the changes that envisaged increasing the number of parliamentary committees from 8 to 11 were unilateral.
The main damage, according to the head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, was the opposition's removal from the leadership of the Integration Committee.
According to the Constitutional Court, the procedure was unconstitutional and needs to be regulated.
With this decision, the number of committees remains at 8 and there will be a 30-day deadline from its entry into force to redo the procedure.
