Mandates Council member Ulsi Manja has asked SPAK prosecutors questions about their statements that Belinda Balluku, directly and through other parties, has threatened witnesses regarding her case.

Ulsi Manja : Are those who have been threatened witnesses or defendants?

Prosecution:  There are other defendants, as well as witnesses who are not defendants.

Manja : Has all the evidence been seized?

Prosecution: No.

Ulsi Manja : What is the mechanism through which Balluku is destroying evidence after it is suspended?

Prosecutor:  Balluku is on duty. The mechanism, meeting with subordinates.
