The Supreme Court rejects Ajola Xoxa's appeal for the return of seized

The High Court has rejected the request of Erion Veliaj's wife, Ajola Xoxa, to retrieve the phone and other items previously seized as part of the SPAK investigation against her.

Xoxa's appeal has not been accepted by the Supreme Court. Xoxa is accused by SPAK of 'corruption and misuse of public funds'.
