Artan Lame
Artan Lame passed away at the age of 58 in Germany, after a difficult heart surgery.
In 2023, after leaving his post as director of the State Cadastre Agency, Lame said that he considered his departure as a 'birthday gift', while emphasizing that he needed to take care of his health after the surgery he had on his neck in March 2016.
"It's my birthday tomorrow and in 3-4 days I have to visit that health event I had a few years ago. I consider this retreat as a birthday present because I really need to take care of my health a little more," Lame said in 2023.
