Artan Lame
Artan Lame passed away suddenly in Germany, after a difficult heart surgery.
He died after coming out of a coma.
Lame has been a senior leader of the Albanian state as deputy minister or director of the Cadastre and Legalization Agency.
His rare passion was history and he is ranked among the best collectors in the country.
Death at a young age is a great loss for the family and Albanian society.
