The Special Court left unchanged the prison sentence for Astrit Avdylin, arrested two days ago in his apartment in Shijak.

Avdylaj was arrested on Saturday, June 29, during an operation that special forces took in his villa in Shijak, Durrës.

Astrit Avdyli is suspected by SPAK of having created the conditions for the murder of Durim Bami by collaborating with Arben Ndoka and Vis Martinaj.

SPAK also says that Avdyli illegally brought his nephew Aldo Avdyli from Montenegro, being helped by businessman Miri Bruli to come to commit the murder of Bam with Arben Merkur, and he would have the alibi that he was abroad.
