The Rector of the College of Europe, Federica Mogherini, was arrested today along with two other officials for fraud.
They face accusations of misusing EU funds in connection with a tender for a nine-month training program for 50 young diplomats.
Meanwhile, last year the College of Europe opened its campus in Tirana.
