The month of November, commonly known as the holiday period where the country dressed in red and black to celebrate Independence and Liberation Day, 28-29, this year ended with a mafia assassination.

But for 'irony' not only the end!

November began with an execution in Selenica and was followed by a series of shocking events, with the country engulfed by four assassination attempts.

November 1 - Dalan Alliaj was killed at the door of his house with 6 bullets

Dalan Gjollek Alliaj, 36, was found without signs of life by his family on the evening of November 1 in the village of Gjormë, Selenica. 

Bertil Alliaj had returned to Gjormë 2 days ago, and to avoid arrest by the police, he used a forged passport with the identity of a citizen from Kosovo.

He called Dalan Alliaj, 36 years old, father of 2 children, on Saturday evening to clarify a conversation, a meeting that ended tragically.

Bertil Alliaj is one of the most wanted persons by justice for the Çola massacre in 2015, for which he was sentenced to 35 years in prison in absentia.

In this incident, 3 young men were killed, Akil Hasanaj, Ardi Velaj and Albi Limaj. The 36-year-old was executed by his uncle Bertil Alliaj, who was arrested 5 hours after the incident.

The latter was sentenced in absentia to 35 years in prison for murder and was wanted as the perpetrator of the Çole massacre where three young men were killed.

Although wanted for murder, Bertil Alliaj managed to shoot to death his cousin, Dalan Alliaj, who, according to family members, had helped him financially during the time the perpetrator was on the run, since 2015. The perpetrator stated to the police that he committed the murder for a strong reason, which he could not make public, but hinted that he might do so later. 

The month began with a murder, the perpetrator in custody, but the series of three events that marked November remain without arrests and without a specific motive.

November 11 - 10 days later, Gilmando Dani and his companion, AMP employee Muçi Shaljani, are executed in broad daylight at Rinas Airport.

Gilmando Dani, friend and collaborator of Emiljano Shullazi, was executed at noon on November 11 with a hail of bullets near the 'Mother Teresa' airport, while his friend, who accompanied him, Muçi Shaljani Sheqeri, an AMP agent, was also seriously wounded. The latter died four days after the assassination, bringing the death toll to 2.

Ndaj automjetit të tyre 'Benz' u qëllua nga persona të paidentifikuar me një mjet tip “Toyota Yaris”, e cila u gjet e djegur pak minuta pas ngjarjes në Fushë Krujë. 

Autorët e maskuar dhe të veshur me uniforma që ngjanin me ato të policisë, kanë qëlluar në drejtim të mjetit, duke e ndaluar atë në vend. Më pas, një prej autorëve ka zbritur nga makina, ka rimbushur armën dhe ka qëlluar sërish në drejtim të Gilmando Danit, i ulur në sediljen e pasagjerit.

Gilmando Dani sapo kishte mbërritur me mikun e tij në Shqipëri nga Barcelona, Spanjë. Të dy ishin nisur me avion drejt Barcelonës më 7 nëntor dhe kishin lënë makinën të parkuar në aeroport, ndërsa u kthyen nga Barcelona më 11 nëntor. Avioni me të cilin udhëtonte Dani zbriti në tokën shqiptare në orën 13:55, rreth 35 minuta para orarit të planifikuar. Atentati ka ndodhur 25 minuta më pas në rrethrrotullimin e Rinasi.

Mbi dy javë tashmë nga atentati por ende nuk ka një asnjë autor, apo të arrestuar në lidhje me ngjarjen që tronditi opinionin publik.

25 Nëntor-Atentat në Lushnjë- qëllohet drejt makinës së Julian Sulës, i njohur si 'Juli i Pashakos' 

Mesditën e 25 nëntorit në Lusnjë regjistrohen të shtëna me armë zjarri, fatmirësisht pa viktima. 

Persona ende të paidentifikuar qëlluan me breshëri kallashnikovi mesditën e 25 nëntorit drejt automjetit të 45-vjeçarit Julian Sula. Dy autorët e kapur nga kamerat e sigurisë me kapele dhe të maskuar kanë dalë nga mjeti me kallashnikov në duar dhe kanë qëlluar drejt automjetit tip 'BMW', në të cilin ndodhej 'Juli i Pashakos'. Pas atentatit autorët u larguan drejt fshatit Lifat aty ku braktisën mjetin me targa greke dhe i vunë flakën. 

Hetimet kanë zbuluar se automjeti i përdorur nga autorët ishte vjedhur në vitin 2022 në Greqi, ndërsa targat ishin vjedhur një vit më parë, po në Greqi, por në qytete të ndryshme. "Juli i Pashakos” nga të gjithë njihet si një nga kundërshtarët e betuar të Aldo Bares, pjesëtarit të bandës së Lushnjes. 

Pistat ku po hetohen janë disa duke nisur nga e kaluara e Julian Sulës në vitin 1997 e deri më sot, si lidhjet e tij me trafikun e drogës, dhe bizneset. Të shoqëruarit kanë mohuar përfshirjen në ngjarje dhe janë lënë të lirë. 

Por sërish asnjë autor. Policia e Lushnjës ka shoqëruar mbi 30 persona për atentatin, pjesa më e madhe e tyre janë anëtarë të grupit të Aldo Bares dhe fisit Aliçka në Lushnjë, pjesëtarë të 2 fiseve të cilët vitet e fundit kanë pasur konflikte të shumta me 45-vjeçarin Sulo. Të shoqëruarit kanë mohuar përfshirjen në ngjarje dhe janë lënë të lirë.

30 Nëntor- Ekzekutohet biznesmeni Mondi Mëhalla në një atentat pranë karburantit “Xhaxhi OIL” në pronësi të tij

43-year-old businessman Edmond Hyka alias Mondi Mëhalla was executed on the evening of November 30 in his 'Range Rover' vehicle, which was parked near the "Xhaxhi Oil" gas station owned by him, while the perpetrators fled in the direction of Librazhd. 

According to investigators, the perpetrators ensured the target's presence and waited until he came out and got into his Range Rover.

As soon as he sat in the car, the perpetrators approached him in a black Audi, where one of them got out of the vehicle and shot the businessman several times.

It is suspected that only one person is the shooter, while the other person drove the vehicle in which they fled after the incident. It is suspected that the perpetrators fled in the direction of Librazhd, while this morning a burned vehicle was found near the village of Miraka. 

The investigations are focused on possible conflicts that 43-year-old Mehalla has had recently, after some of the victim's companions and relatives have given their statements to the investigative group.

Mahalla was previously charged with distributing narcotics and possessing weapons without a permit, while in 2020, the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office launched a property investigation against him for money laundering. 

Mondi Mëhalla was the owner of the club lounge "Hollyvood Lounge Bar", who also owned a gas station called "Xhaxhi Oil" and a taxi company called "El Taxi".

As the month of November closed amid assassinations and victims, the country turns towards a new month where investigations are expected to be finalized with concrete leads to clarify the events, perpetrators or arrests./ voice
