Korça Police have criminally prosecuted three people at large, including a 16-year-old minor and an elderly couple.

The incident is linked to a video circulating on citizens' phones, where the minor had filmed two elderly people performing obscene acts in public.

The police of the southeastern city have managed to identify the girl who filmed and then distributed the material, a 16-year-old minor with the initials OD, who has been placed under investigation for the criminal offense of "pornography".

Meanwhile, the protagonists of the video, a woman with the initials IR and an elderly man with the initials MG, have been placed under investigation for the criminal offense of "obscene acts" committed in public.

The video was filmed in the Old Bazaar area, while in front of investigators, the 16-year-old admitted authorship, saying that she was the one who filmed it.
