Three citizens have been fined and their cars have been impounded after they made wrong maneuvers during Flag Day celebrations, endangering themselves and other road users.

Tirana's Traffic Police services, during checks carried out on several axes of the capital, found three vehicles on the New Boulevard that were performing incorrect maneuvers on the road, creating dangerous situations for traffic.

Immediately, the officers intervened, stopped the vehicles and carried out administrative and procedural actions.

"From the investigative actions, citizens SM, FD and AT were identified, who were each punished with the relevant administrative measures, in accordance with the Road Code. Subsequently, all three vehicles were blocked, for the purpose of further procedures," Tirana Police announced.
