"I'm here at Libri Universitari, one building down. These are the trap neighborhoods of downtown Tirana.

It's clean here, but if there's a fire far away, the fire department can't get in. Not anywhere.

There are also abandoned cars here. There is no road here from either side. It is so narrow that you can't get in.

The most important thing in this case is to pray that there will be no fire.

People here need to be careful not to catch fire.
