Today, 28-year-old Sofokli Baxheri, known as Sofo, appeared before the black squads of the Court of Saranda.

The latter was detained in the early hours of yesterday morning after an arrest warrant issued by the prosecutor Esmeranda Basho, as a person suspected of the criminal offenses "actions that prevent the discovery of the truth" and "false statement before the judicial police officer ".

Baxheri is suspected of having rented an apartment in the village of Nivicë to persons suspected of kidnapping and possibly murdering 46-year-old Leonard Thodhori, known as "Koçole" and Fatmir Sulovari alias Fatmir Krasniqi, and of planting explosives in the apartment of 54 year-old Lefter Lefteri alias Afëz Kulla.

Bajheri is also accused of lying during his statements when he was questioned by the police. As it is known, a few days ago Baxheri was accompanied by the police together with some other young people from Saranda, as persons who may have knowledge about the serious event.

Ata janë kryesisht lidhje shoqërore të disa personave me precedentë penalë që dyshohet se fshihen pas rrëmbimit të dy 46 vjeçarëve. Baxheri ka “kyçur” gojën para oficerëve të policisë gjyqësore duke mos qenë bashkëpunues.

Këta të fundit kërkojnë prova se kush fshihet pas automjetit që u gjet në garazhin e banesës së Baxherit në Nivicë, automjet i cili rezulton i përfshirë në ngjarjen e rrëmbimit dhe tritolit.

Në fakt për rastin e shpërthimit me eksploziv, rezulton çuditërisht që Baxheri të jetë shok me djalin e Lefter Lefterit.
