Tirana Police have arrested citizen Besard Pashkaj, 26, wanted for the double stabbing in July 2021 near Student City.

The Court has imposed a security measure on the 26-year-old for the criminal offenses of " Murder under other qualifying circumstances ", attempted, committed in collaboration, and " Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition ".

In 2021, the young man, along with Njazi Kulla and Aldo Gjini, wounded two people with firearms after a brief conflict.

Altin Gjoka and Jetmir Marashi were injured in the incident .

It is known that at that time, 3 vehicles were seized as material evidence, one of which was an "Audi" used by the perpetrator.
