The prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana has requested to confiscate the assets of two brothers Arjel Legisi and Oltjon Legisi, arrested and under investigation in Spain in 2018 for trafficking for the purpose of exploitation for prostitution.
The citizen Arjel Legisi was arrested for the criminal offense "Trafficking of adults", in cooperation, provided by article 110/a/4 of the Penal Code.
The citizen Oltojon Legisi is also under investigation by the Spanish police authorities for the same criminal offense.
From the investigations carried out by the Tirana prosecutor's office, it appears that the citizens Arjel Legisi and Oltjon Legisi have been involved in the criminal activity of the production and sale of narcotics since 2018.
Their assets were created after and during the period of criminal activity and their value does not clearly correspond to the level of income, profits or legal activities, declared, nor justified by them.
The prosecution estimates that the two brothers and their family are financially unable to justify this property and requests the confiscation and transfer to the state of the following properties:
Apartment with an area of 80.90 m2 in Tirana and car, Audi 6.
The Tirana Enforcement Office is charged with the execution of this decision, while the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets at the Ministry of the Interior is charged with the administration and use of assets.
