A 40-year-old man was handcuffed after stabbing 34-year-old Hariz Shushku.

Blerim Balla was placed in handcuffs after police were notified of the injuries in the Farka area.

The injured man is in the Trauma Hospital in serious health condition.

It is suspected that the dispute occurred for property reasons, but according to police it was a momentary conflict.

"The services of police commissioner No. 1, after receiving the notification that at Farka, around 18:00, a conflict had occurred during which a citizen was injured by means of cutting, organized the work for the capture of the author.

As a result of the swift police actions, citizen B.B., 40, resident in Tirana, was caught and arrested for the criminal offenses "Deliberately wounding serious" and "Manufacture, carry, purchase or sale without a license of cold weapons", provided for by Articles 88 and 279 of the Criminal Code.

The materials were passed to the Prosecution for further action.
