Sessions have started in the Court of Appeal against Arbë Paplekaj, the former RENEA official who was convicted for the murder of Pjerin Xhuvan.

The experts have reached the conclusions of the re-examination of the crime scene and have interpreted the mechanism of the event through security cameras.

From the conclusions of the expertise, it was found that the victim Pjerin Xhuvani went to the scene accompanied by several people and that the two groups pushed each other, while the police were also there.

It also resulted that the armed conflict started from the position where the victim was and that the reaction of the defendant, Arbër Paplekaj, who retreated after it is believed that he identified the shooter.
