AMP Director successfully completes leadership training in USA

The Director General of the Police Oversight Agency, Florian Sulejmani, successfully completed the training held by the American Department of National Security Leadership Academy (DHSLA), 19th Session, from April 22 to May 2, 2024, at the Center Campus Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia.

The General Director is the first Albanian executive law enforcement officer who attended advanced training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

The program focused on the disciplines of human capital development and their interaction with the mission and culture of law enforcement such as leadership skills through understanding and adapting to human behavior, communication skills, team building, conflict management, human resources, legal responsibilities, stress management, workplace diversity, performance skills, public speaking and situational decision-making skills.

The further development of the partnership with the ICITAP Program, as the financier of this training, proves the common vision between the Police Oversight Agency and the United States of America, within the framework of the rule of law and justice reform.
