A career SHISH officer is suspected of being kidnapped and tortured by the criminal structure, shortly after he submitted sensitive material to the internal system that exposed the activities of organized groups in the south of the country.

According to information provided by journalist Basir Çollaku , the officer suspects that he was betrayed by his superiors and colleagues, who may have exposed the data he had prepared for a report to the Prosecutor's Office.

The incident, which is suspected to have occurred no more than four or five months ago, raises serious questions about the links between organized crime and state structures.

"Crime, mafia and power have become a dark knot, where it is difficult to distinguish where one begins and the other ends," the complaint states.

The SHISH officer, with extensive experience in the field, had worked for a long period of time in identifying trafficking networks and criminal structures.

After collecting data considered " very valuable ", he prepared a detailed list of names and suspected facts, which he officially submitted to the service system, with the idea that the material would be evaluated and passed on to the Prosecutor's Office for investigation.

However, a few days later, according to claims, the situation took a dramatic turn.

As soon as he left the office, the officer was allegedly met by people associated with the denounced groups, taken hostage, taken to a suburban area away from any observation, where he was raped and tortured.

He was then abandoned naked, in a serious physical and psychological condition.

The officer, shocked, is believed to have realized that the information he had put into the system had not remained secret.

He places the focus of suspicion on the leaders of the relevant district, but also on the institution's senior structures, who had access to read the material.

"Institutional betrayal is the hardest blow," the journalist's source says.

Under the circumstances, the officer filed a report with the Prosecutor's Office of General Jurisdiction.

But, according to the complaint, the process has faced delays and impacts, while within the institution there has been a request that the case not be made public.

Sources speak of silent pressures and a lack of will to face the consequences.

"If official information within the system cannot be preserved, then what guarantee does a service officer have for his life and work?" the question is raised in the complaint.

While the case has not been publicly made official by the institutions, suspicions remain serious and the pressure to remain silent is significant.

However, the information document has been officially entered into the system and is kept in internal records.
