Lorna Hajdini, the Albanian executive director at JPMorgan Chase, has reacted sharply to the accusations of former banker Chirayu Rana, describing them as completely fabricated and defamatory.
In a counterclaim filed in New York Supreme Court, Hajdini says Rana fabricated the story that she had forced him to become her "sex slave," with the aim of profiting millions of dollars and damaging his professional reputation.
According to court documents, the scandal has brought serious personal consequences for the Albanian leader, who says she has become the subject of online attacks, mockery and threats after the accusations were published.
The dossier also included shocking emails and messages sent to her by anonymous individuals. Some of them contained extreme threats and hate speech, while others contained degrading sexual comments and insulting offers.

In a message dated April 30, the sender, whose name has been removed, wrote: “I hope you get gang-raped to the point where you want to kill yourself afterwards, when you realize what a worthless whore you are. You piece of s***. Kill yourself. I sincerely hope your entire family dies slowly, painfully, of aggressive cancer.”
Another email dated May 1 read: “Oh my God, you bad girl, take me there, damn it, you have curves… I want to lean over your desk and tell you I want a new bonus and a Christmas card, because I have a ‘ball’ for you and I don’t spy.”
Another email dated May 1, with the subject line “Your new toy,” read: “I like everything I’ve read about you so far. My name is [redacted] and if you need a slave, I’ve been looking for a person to command me for a long time. That Arab guy is a coward.”
“If all I had to do was sleep with you and do it really well, I’d be the President of Chase. I hope you’re doing well, now that you’re all over the news… every man in America wants to sleep with you… I hope it’s my turn.”
Rana, who had lied about his father's death to take time off work, defended his initial lawsuit against Hajdini, claiming that the story has become an international obsession due to "gender inequality."
Hajdini's lawyers say she and her family have faced constant harassment, memes and AI-generated videos with derogatory content. They accuse Rana of inciting this wave of attacks by spreading "lies" to portray Hajdini as a "racist and sexual predator."
On the other hand, Rana has publicly defended his lawsuit, claiming that the reaction to the case has been influenced by “gender inequality.” He has stated that if the roles were reversed, public opinion would have reacted differently.
Meanwhile, JPMorgan Chase has categorically denied the allegations and announced that an internal investigation found no evidence to support the Nepalese-American banker's claims.
