What are the criteria that the candidate for the head of SPAK must meet?
Special Prosecution Office

The High Prosecutorial Council opened today the competition for the election of the new head of SPAK, 3 months before the end of the mandate of the current head of this institution, Altin Dumani.

Applications will be accepted for a 3-week period, ending on October 8 of this year.

But, here are the criteria that the candidate must meet:

a) Experience in Projects on sensitive issues of Corruption and Organized Crime.

b) Experience and skills in organizing and leading a structure

c) Experience in drafting and approving administrative regulations;

d) Experience in issues that have received high public attention and interactions with the media

d) Skills in effective management of human resources,

dh) A credible vision or plan for the organization of the Special Prosecution Office as a functional and effective institution;

e) the public image of his/her career as a prosecutor.
