Ll, accused of the criminal offense "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", committed against two or more persons".provided by article 79 letter "dh" of the Penal Code, resulting in the death of HD and ZV citizens, as well as the injury of FM, EB and SG citizens

Meanwhile, investigations were continued within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 285 of 2011, in order to determine who is the person who killed citizen A. N and injured citizens A. D, IQ and IP

As a function of the investigations carried out by the judicial police, all the necessary investigative actions were carried out, but it was not possible to identify the persons who killed the citizens of AN and HD, as well as injured the citizens of FM, SG, EB. , AD, IQ and IP In these conditions, when all possible investigative actions have been carried out and the author of the criminal offense is not known, by decision dated 28.02.2020, the Prosecutors of the case have decided to suspend the investigations by passing the acts of criminal proceedings no. 285, of 2011, for further prosecution at the Tirana Local Police Directorate.

In 2021, it was decided to resume the suspended investigations and carry out investigative actions in order to discover the author of the murder of the citizen AN and HD, for whom the Court of the Judicial District of Tirana with decision No. 100, announced on 07.02.2013 , decided the not guilty declaration of the defendant A. Ll, for committing the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder, committed against two or more persons", with a direct consequence of the death of the deceased HD

The Officers of the Crimes Against Life Section in the Local Police Directorate of Tirana have been charged with conducting the investigative actions of this criminal proceeding, who, in addition to the tasks ordered by the prosecutors in charge of the investigation, will also perform the delegated investigative actions related to the verification of the facts published by citizen AH (journalist), facts made public by him on the show "Zone Zero", on 20.01.2023, on "Top Channel" television
