4 people arrested in Tirana! Police: Wanted for assault and illegal possession of weapons

Four people have been arrested in the capital for various criminal offenses.

According to the police report, the criminal offenses are domestic violence, failure to comply with traffic rules, intentional injury, theft, and illegal border crossing.

Tirana/The police operation codenamed "Catch" continues, to capture wanted citizens.

4 wanted citizens, convicted/accused of various criminal offenses, were arrested.

The structures of the Tirana DVP, as a result of field checks carried out based on information obtained operationally, within the framework of the "Catch" operation, captured and handcuffed 4 wanted citizens, specifically:

-Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 2 arrested and detained citizen JP, 33 years old, resident of Tirana, after the Prosecution issued a detention order for him, for the criminal offenses of "Domestic Violence" and "Unlicensed Production and Possession of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".

-The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 4, in cooperation with the services of Police Station No. 2, arrested and detained citizen AK, 36 years old. The Court of Tirana sentenced this citizen to 3 years and 4 months in prison for the criminal offense of “Intentional serious injury”; to 10 months in prison for the criminal offenses of “Violation of traffic rules” and “Leaving the scene of an accident”; and assigned him the security measure of “Arrest in prison” for the criminal offense of “Stalking”.
