Today at 1:00 PM, the GJKKO is expected to make the final decision on whether the "Partizani" case, with defendants Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and three others, will go to trial.
The decision was expected to be announced at the preliminary hearing on April 23, but Judge Fjorela Davidhi decided to postpone it until today.
A day earlier, the judge rejected the defense attorneys' requests for the invalidity and inadmissibility of SPAK's evidence, but did not rule on whether to proceed with the case to trial.
