Yesterday, a case of sexual harassment was reported in Korça. A 21-year-old woman claims that she was sexually harassed by 72-year-old surgeon Nikoll Nunka after she presented to the hospital with severe abdominal pain and symptoms of vomiting.

After health checks, it was decided that the young woman would undergo surgery for her appendix.

But things didn't go well, as she reported that the doctor touched her private parts, claiming to be performing a medical check-up.

It is learned that the 21-year-old woman is hospitalized in Korça, while the police have arrested the 72-year-old doctor, Nikoll Nunka.

Meanwhile, another citizen has also denounced the doctor in question for sexual harassment.

In her complaint against Joq , she states that about a year ago she presented herself at the Korça emergency room with severe abdominal pain, where after tests and an ultrasound, which had resulted normal, the surgeon told her that she needed to undergo urgent surgery for her appendix.

According to her, while she was waiting for her husband, the doctor kept coming in to visit her, which made her feel uncomfortable and raised suspicions about his behavior.

"The frequent visits and the insistence on getting me into the room made me feel very bad. In the end, a doctor told my friend that I had nothing and advised me to leave," she writes.

More disturbing, she said, was another episode involving her 15-year-old son, whom she had taken for a check-up due to abdominal pain. She claims the surgeon pulled down the boy's underwear too far during the check-up and used inappropriate and degrading language.

"Hey, are you ashamed of coming out... or is he too young... or are you afraid of getting circumcised...", the mother claims the doctor addressed her son in her presence.
