Today marks two years since the tragic murder of Liridona Ademaj in the village of Bërnicë, Pristina. On November 29, 2023, Liridona Ademaj was killed while in a car with her two children and her husband, Naim Murseli – who is suspected of having ordered her murder.

On the second anniversary of this tragic event, Liridona's brother, Leonard Ademaj, made a touching post in memory of his sister.

"Today marks 2 years since your departure, Sister. The longing for you increases every day, your absence is noticeable at all times."

These 2 years were not easy for us as a family, we can not accept the fact that you are no longer among us. We have missed your presence very much, nothing is the same anymore. The years are moving fast and we are still facing the criminals who unjustly took you from us.
We will fight until our last breath seeking justice for you Sister. The criminals must receive the deserved punishment.
