The Ambassador of the United States of America in Tirana, Yuri Kim, today held a meeting with the Director General of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku.

Through a post on social networks, the American embassy informs that the focus of the discussion has been the local elections of May 14, where Yuri Kim has emphasized that the Police has a decisive role in ensuring a safe and open process.

They also discussed the growing US-Albania cooperation in law enforcement against criminal networks, drug trafficking and cyber threats.
