GJKKO has confiscated the properties of Arben Isufaj ( Ben Qimja ) and Altin Çuçaj , as it is suspected that they benefited from criminal income.

Pursuant to Normative Act No. 1, dated 31.01.2020, the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime with decision no. 53 dated 13.04.2023 approved decision no. 19/99 dated 09.05.2022 of the Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime Organized. With these decisions, the Courts (at the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office) have ordered the confiscation of the assets of the citizen Altin Çuçaj (convicted for the criminal offenses provided for in articles 284/a and 333/a of the Albanian Criminal Code) and persons related to him like below:

1. Real estate, property type "Land" with title. 902 m² and a building with a roof of 168 m², located in Vlora, owned by citizen A. Kondo.

2. Real estate, property type "Land" with title. 105.6 m² and a building with a roof of 105.6 m², located in Vlora, owned by B. Çuçaj.

3. Real estate, property type "Land" with title. 500 m² and a building of 183 m², located in Vlora, owned by B. Çuçaj.

4. Real estate, type of property "Land" with a size of 151 m² and a building with a size of 62 m², located in Vlora, owned by M. Çuçaj.

5. Motor vehicle, brand "Daimler Chrysler", model "C270CDI", owned by A. Çuçaj.

6. Motor vehicle, "Ford" brand, "KUGA" model, owned by E. Çuçaj.

7. Motor vehicle, brand "Mercedes Benz", model "E350CDI", owned by M. Çuçaj.

8. Motor vehicle, brand "TOYOTA", model "YARIS", owned by M. Çuçaj.

9. Motor vehicle, brand "Daimler Chrysler", model "ML320CDI", owned by B. Çuçaj.

Në kuadër të procedimit pasuror nr.8/2021, regjistruar ndaj shtetasit Arben Isufaj, si subjekt i ligjit nr.10192, datë 03.12.2009, i ndryshuar me ligjet nr.24/2014 dhe 70/2017 “Për Parandalimin dhe Goditjen e Krimit të Organizuar, Trafikimit, Korrupsionit dhe Krimeve të Tjera Nëpërmjet Masave Parandaluese kundër Pasurisë”, me vendimin nr.7 datë 30.01.2023, Gjykata e Posaçme e Shkallës së Parë për Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar (me kërkesë të Prokurorisë së Posaçme), ndërmjet të tjerave ka vendosur:
Pranimin e pjesshëm të kërkesës së Prokurorisë së Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar
Konfiskimin dhe kalimin në favor të shtetit të pasurive të sekuestruara si më poshtë vijojnë:

1. Objekt “Pulari”, shoqëria tregëtare, e emërtuar “ISUFAJ 2001”, me NIPT. K23019402P, i përbërë nga 1 godinë, me objekt të aktivitetit “Rritje dhe tregëtim të zogjve të pulës, me shumicë e pakicë”, i cili ndodhet me seli në fshatin në Grizë-Patos;

2. 33% e kuotave të kapitalit të Shoqërisë “AKILI ALB” SHPK, me Nipt.L12805404G, i regjistruar më datë 05.04.2011;

3. Një pasuri të paluajtshme e llojit “Truall”, me sipërfaqe 3,289.00 m2, e cila ndodhet në Fier;

4. Një pasuri të paluajtshme e llojit “Tokë pa Frut”, me sipërfaqe 14000 m2, e cila ndodhet në Hasturkas-Fier;

5. Një pasuri të paluajtshme e llojit “Arë”, me sipërfaqe 1467 m2, e cila ndodhet në Sheq i Madh-Fier;

6. Automjeti AUTOVETURË, marka/tipi/emërtimi AUDI A8, në pronësi të E. Isufaj;

7. Automjeti AUTOVETURË, marka/tipi/emërtimi MERCEDES BENZ ML270CDI, në pronësi të Y. Isufaj;

8. CAR type vehicle, brand/type/designation MERCEDES BENZ 300D, owned by Y. Isufaj;

9. Car type vehicle, brand/type/designation DAIMLER CHRYSLER S500, owned by A. Çako;

10. CAR type vehicle, brand/type/designation MERCEDES BENZ S63 AMG, chassis number ÐDD2211771A278411, color Gray, owned by A. Çako;

11. vehicle with license plate AA721OB, type CAR, brand/type/designation AUDI A8L, owned by A. Çako;
This decision took final form on 13.04.2023.'- announces SPAK.
