Igli Tare: Inter, the strongest team in Italy. Favorite with Bayern and City in
Igli Tare with Simone Inzaghi

Former Lazio sporting director Igli Tare thinks Inter are the strongest team in Italy at the moment and are the team to beat.

According to him, for the issue of the title, the month of March will be decisive, looking at the calendar of matches.

"For me, Inter remains the team to beat in this Serie A season. The mercato they played in the summer was of high quality, however, for the title we have to wait for the month of March, I believe it will be decisive. In this period, the Zikaltres have a busy and difficult calendar, they play against Fiorentina, Juventus, Rome, Atalanta and then Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.

Juventus will try to deepen the difference or even stay in these positions, to put pressure on Inter. "Inter has a higher-quality team, however, when they play every three days, even this advantage is nullified."

Asked about Simone Inzaghi, Tare declared that he is one of the best coaches in the world, while adding that Inter are among the favorites in the Champions League.

"I place Inter among the favorites like Manchester City or Bayern Munich in the Champions League. Inzaghi is among the best in the world and will know how to manage the next matches and the compression of the calendar. He also did this in the Supercup and returned with the trophy. Now he only needs the title in Italy to crown his career".
