Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, known for short as Kaká, former outstanding footballer of Milan and the representative of Brazil, winner of the Ballon d'Or and world champion in 2002, revealed his ideal historical eleven, consisting of footballers with who shared the dressing room or was an opponent on the field.

As a goalkeeper, Kaká chose Dida, his teammate at Milan and in the Brazilian national team. He placed two other Brazilians on the side, Cafú on the right wing and Roberto Carlos on the left. Italians Paolo Maldini and Alessandro Nesta are the central defenders of his ideal formation.

The midfield included such names as Andrés Iniesta, Zinedine Zidane and Andrea Pirlo. He completed the formation with Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and Cristiano Ronaldo.

In that historic line-up there are nine world champions (Dida, Cafú, Roberto Calos, Nesta, Iniesta, Zidane, Pirlo, Ronaldinho and Ronaldo) and between them they have nine Ballon d'Or: five from Cristiano Ronaldo, two from Ronaldo, and one from Ronaldinho and Zidane.

Messi, the winner of the 2022 World Cup and eight-time winner of the Ballon d'Or, is the big absence from the line-up drawn up by Kaká.
