Today at 11:00, the Electronic Registration Platform (ER) will be presented and tested for voters voting from outside Albania.

This platform, created and maintained by the CEC, aims to facilitate the registration of Albanian citizens abroad, enabling them to exercise their right to vote in the 2025 Assembly elections.

PER will be available in desktop and mobile versions, free of charge, to ensure broad access and easy use from any device.

The platform consists of two main modules: the Registration Module, where voters submit their registration requests, and the Request Review Module, which enables their verification and management by the relevant authorities.
