The head of the DP Sali Berisha and the other three MPs, Flamur Noka, Belind Kelliçi and Edi Paloka, have appealed the decision of the Secretariat of Ethics, which excluded them from the plenary sessions at the request of the majority.
The letter of appeal has been sent to the Bureau of the Assembly, where they consider the decision as unconstitutional and a serious act against parliamentarism.
DP MPs claim that based on the regulation, they are allowed to enter the Assembly until the conference is convened to consider the request. But, despite this, they were still not allowed to enter the Assembly, the Guard stopping them at the main door. This has also led to clashes between the MPs and the Guard.
For today's plenary session, 12 DP deputies are expelled for breaking ethics, according to the majority.
