The Court of Appeal has clarified the decision given the day before for MP Ervin Salianji , who was found guilty of false reporting .

The appeal accepted a request by Geron Xhafa 's lawyers to receive as evidence a decision to suspend the investigation given by the court of serious crimes for their client. 

After withdrawing for review, the trial body decided to uphold the decision of the First Instance by sentencing him to one year in prison.

Further, it is said that an appeal against the decision is allowed to the Supreme Court within 45 days.
